This site collects very little. This page says exactly what, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.

We are the data controller for everything described on this page. That means we decide what is collected and why, and we are the ones answerable for it.
What we collect
The contact form
Your name, company, work email, phone number if you give one, and your message.
You type it and press Send.
Visit statistics
Which pages are opened, which site you arrived from, your approximate country and the kind of device you are using. Not tied to you as a person.
Collected automatically.
Server records
Your IP address, browser type and the time of the request.
Kept briefly by our host as part of running any website.
That is the complete list. We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing on this site that collects information you have not deliberately typed.
Why we collect it
The contact form exists so that we can answer you. We use what you send to reply, and to carry on the conversation if it becomes one.
Visit statistics tell us which pages people actually read, so we can write better ones. They are counts, not profiles.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not build a profile of you. Nobody pays us for access to it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser, and it does not track you across other websites.
That is also why you are not looking at a cookie banner. We would rather not set cookies than ask your permission to set them.

Each of these handles your information only to do the job described, and is not permitted to use it for anything else.
Information leaving Ghana
Three of the four services above operate outside Ghana, so an enquiry you send us is processed abroad before it reaches us. We tell you this because the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) treats it as something you are entitled to know, and because you cannot make a sensible decision about what to put in a form without it.
If you would rather your information did not leave the country, email or telephone us instead of using the form. Our address and numbers are on the contact page.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become work is kept for 24 months, then deleted. Industrial procurement moves slowly and a conversation that goes quiet often restarts a year later; keeping the thread means you do not have to explain yourself twice. After two years it is no longer useful to either of us.
If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the correspondence is kept for the length of that engagement and then for as long as Ghanaian tax and company law requires us to retain business records.
Visit statistics are retained by Cloudflare on their own schedule and are not linked to you.
Your rights
Under Act 843 you may ask us to:
Tell you what we hold about you
Correct anything that is wrong
Delete it
Stop using it for a particular purpose
Email info@corvyntechnologies.com and we will action it. There is no form to fill in and no charge. We aim to reply within one business day, the same commitment we make on the contact page, and to complete the request inside 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
If you are in the European Union
This site is aimed at organisations in Ghana and we do not target or monitor people in the EU. If the GDPR nevertheless applies to something you send us, our lawful basis is legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you chose to make, and the rights set out above are the ones the GDPR gives you. Write to the same address.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date at the top. We will not start collecting something new and leave this page saying otherwise.
